  • to transfer data (right to data portability);
  • not to consent to the processing of personal data where such data are processed or are intended to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent related to such direct marketing.

The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing by one of the following methods:

Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall respond no later than within one month from the date of the request and shall perform or refuse to perform the actions specified in the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months more, depending on the complexity and the number of requests. In this case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, specifying the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may refuse to enable data subjects to exercise the above rights, except for refusing to process personal data for direct marketing, where the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offenses, breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons, are required by law.

This Privacy Policy shall be effective as from 03 February 2020. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted and made public on the e-shop website of the Company.
